Default rod holders

can anybody tell me if or where you can instaLL FLUSH MOUNT ROD HOLDERS ON A 1997 2300SC MAXUM. THANK YOU FOR ANY INFO

You would have to cut holes in the gunnels to install flush mount holders. This is the only rod holder I use on my 99 2300
