I can see the water running down into the anchor locker from the bottom of the porthole. Because of the upward facing position on the bow it is always going to be letting water in. I am just assuming...

I was getting a fair amount of water in the anchor locker when it rained. It was also getting the carpet above the v-birth on the hull side wet. It seems to be coming in the port/vent for the horn....
