The tach doesn't read anything, just shows the hours. I used electrowash and tried to clean the connection as best I can.

It can very well be the tube. Didn't think about that. My next day...

I just purchased a 2002 Maxum 2300sr. So far I love the boat but it came with a few things not working that I am hoping to fix

1. The tachometer doesn't work, but the boat hrs in the same gauge...
