On to my next order problem my port side shifter...

On to my next order problem my port side shifter will not shift. When i first put it in the water it shifted but was very stiff now it wont shift forward will shift in reverse but will not go...

Its obvious who ever rebuilt the carbs did not set them right had a buddy come by had them both reagusted within 20 min. Thanks guys for the input

Don i believe the carbs were rebuilt while out of the water is it possible that they were not jetted properly and that could be the reason for the rich mixture

My 2000 33’ maxum has 5.7 lt merc crusers the previous owner said that he had both carbs that are two barrell rebuilt but i doibt they were jetted probably at least thatscwhat im thinking both...
