Where is the water heater drain Shrew? Does it also get filled separately from the fresh water?

When I got the boat the water coming out of the taps smelled worse than the head so what I've done...

Hopefully everyone is out enjoying this labor day weekend but just in case someone is lurking around the forum, I have a question on how to drain the freshwater holding tank on a 2001...
