FYI after changing the rotor/cap, fuel filters, was looking at possibly rebuilding carb. Anyway decided to run her on secondary tank 5 gallons ran fine. Tried again...

Looking for service manual on engine. I saw the 1999 in documents. Is there one newer than 1999 ? Planning to rebuild carb so wanted service manual available .
