Found the problem. The quicksilver rebuild kit...

Found the problem. The quicksilver rebuild kit came with the wrong gimbal! Now my removal tool doesn't fit through it to remove it.

I just did another alignment test but I noticed on some videos that the alignment tool reaches the splines? Anyway, the tool goes in smoothly.
