I pulled on a cushion and pulled one side out...

I pulled on a cushion and pulled one side out there is no access behind the cushion. I don't know how the cushions are even installed. the side that pulled out was a screw head that I pulled right...

I don't know where I'm suppose to to to go through. I don't see the back cushions coming off and I can't seem to reach around anywhere

I have a 99 2300 sc and my toe cleat is loose. I can't figure out how to get to it in order to tighten it. Any help will make my 3 kids very happy.
