Thanks for the help mmwjr it turns out that my sink faucet head has a stream, spray or off dial and some idiot turned it to off. I found it out as I unscrewed the faucet top and go a shower.

Is there anyone that can shed some light on why I wouldn't be getting any water to the sink in the head, I have water at all my other sinks except that one and I have not turned any valves off....
