The two center tabs on the switch as you hold it...

The two center tabs on the switch as you hold it so it toggles up and down are the power in the two center tabs on the top and bottom should be ground for the internal lights of the switch the top...

The nav switch should always stay in the position...

The nav switch should always stay in the position you switch it to, depending on the switch you have the wiring will be different. Some switches double throw meaning you can just turn on the anchor...
