Yes the heater is in the cabin not the engine bay there 2 water lines from the engine to the fridge area and 2 hot air vents one in lower bunk and one buy the fridge with a 3 speed switch it work...

Just checked my 2400scr and the heater runs right off the engine water pump to the forward cabin heater as well as the hot water tank hope that helps :

I have that type I will take a look and get back to you it also has a vent in the mid cabin as well as beside fridge vent and switch.
