well ..glad the seatrials went well...the speedo is probably blocked at the leading edge of the outdrive..about a third way up from the bottom...there is a hole there that you need to...

welcome to the zoo..the 1900 is a good boat for the size ..280 hrs isn't alot by any stretch of the imagination...about 1500 hrs would be the end of an engine's life...gas engines don't last...
