then it has to be the strainer on the fuel...
then it has to be the strainer on the fuel tank......
see if you can borrow a marine type fuel tank...like for an outboard engine....disconnect the fuel line and plug it so it doesn't leak gas...

ouch....first off...next time you run it and it...
ouch....first off...next time you run it and it dies...remove the fuel cap only...not the filter.....but the filler cap.....then try starting it.....it might be the pickup tube in the tank.....

this sounds logical...but let elliminate another option...since it runs fine for awhile, then stalls and dies....if it's not water...then the only thing it can be is electrical or...
