since your impeller is in the drive ...it's really easy to remove the lower unit and install the impeller....they cost about 25 bucks for the impeller itself...if you have the mechanic do it..it's...

if it was totally winterized normally with fogging.:confused:..then make sure water is applied to the drive........start engine...wait for smoke to clear....stick in water..run like mad...:eyebrows:...
