No, not really. You can boat pretty much all year on Powell. We just avoid the summer months due to the weather and all the yahoos with wake boats.

We'll go up in the summer if we have friends...

For me it's pretty low but the Girlfriend does not tolerate the cold as well. If the daytime temps don't get much above the mid 50's and the weather is damp or windy she just hides in the cabin all...
