Have you tried tracing the wires to see if you can find it? I believe the fuse is typically near the battery switch. Look at the color/size of the positive wire then look for the same near the switch.

I don’t know where the fuse is located but if you use a volt meter to see if there is voltage at the foot switch will tell you if the fuse may be blown or not. Also do neither foot...
