Just to clarify this will get the air conditioning working but the OP does not have reverse cycle heat as the threads title states. i.e. no heat only A/C.

The temp setting knob can be confusing as it says warmer but it is just for controlling the AC temp.

Forgot to ask if the seacock is open as well. If closed the pump cannot draw in water from outside the hull to pump through the systems heat exchanger.
