I have only used it once.. but boy was it a pain...

I have only used it once.. but boy was it a pain in the b***... I shoulda took some pictures but. I didn't so now I have to wait till the spring. :(

I had some trouble loading my boat on the trailer last time out, The Pulpit was hitting the winch. I think the Roller position might be incorrect. Does anyone have a Pic like below so I can compare....
