The pics attached are the old board. The new board wiring and screw holes line up exactly as the old board. Took about 30 minutes to replace it.

Its not that the a/c compressor or pump doesn't come on, its that the display panel doesn't even power up (this is control panel where power on/off, temp up/down, fan speed, etc are controlled from)...
