Well that was easy. Lifted the handle up, unscrewed the plastic nut holding the pump handlet assembly and out it came. Cleaned both shafts and assembly and then sprayed everything with a silicone...

Undo the screw underneath the handle and assembly comes out . They say to use a silicone lub and grease the stem...

I have a Jabsco manual head and the pump handle sticks all the time. Once I get it going up and down a couple times it gets easy to pump. I really have yank it up pretty goodarn to get it started. ...
