Thanks for the input , so to go in and out of neutral I have to depress this button ? Sometimes it goes in and out of neutral with out even touching it .

Hi Guys,
I have a question . What is this thing in the middle of my throttle ? No one can’t give me a straight answer and some have advice me not to touch it , that I don’t need to touch it to go...
