I removed the carb, cleaned again, and actually adjusted the float to 22mm from 18... fuel still drips at idle. The boat runs excellent at WOT, but blubbers and eventually dies at idle, I would agree...

Well.... I went through the carb again......
Well.... I went through the carb again... cleaning it out, checking float level, adjusting choke, and installing a new fuel pump. The boat ran perfect. I am tempted to put the original fuel pump back...
