I have replaced the seal twice still leaks water then air manual toilet i cant find the parts to replace the entire ball valve assembly

Just got my SCR 3300 to the lake for the first time have it in the driveway and noticed when I turn the batteries on sounds like there’s a pump running under the toilet. Can’t figure out what it is....
