That outlet might be "slaved" to another outlet. Go through the boat and re-set every GFI outlet you can find. One of them might be popped. If the dead outlet is wired downstream from that, it will...

I think the biggest "usual suspects" are things like offgassing batteries and head-related issues (vent, hoses, a gasket leak, etc)

Having flown airplanes with GPS for 15 years, I can re-iterate the advice to ALWAYS keep a chart on your lap, even when using GPS.
