Do you know what props your spinning and your ratio's in the transmission?
I own a 2000 3700 SCR 7.4 and at lake mead 1200FT Elevation all I can get it 4000 RPM and 26Mph. top speed. I think mine...

Pretty Close.
I own the exact same boat year and engines, at Lake Mead (1100FT Elevation) at 4100 RPM WOT I get 25MPH on GPS.

I suspect gear ratio or props as well. Boat only has 167 hours on each motor. Normally just two/four on board.
What prop do you run? I think this is 24' and bottom is clean

I recently purchased my 3700 SCR w/twin 454 MPI (310hp Each)
I am at Lake mead about 1100 ft elevation and I can only get 4000 RPM and WOT 23mph.
