I replaced the washers in my shower/bathroom faucet this summer. Just took faucet apart and went to hardware store to match up washers. Works perfectly no problems. By the way it's a wale faucet.

It looks like they might hook to porta poti. Big one is probably for pump out and smaller one is the vent. So you don't have to remove tank to empty it.
