Did you recitfy your equalizer issue? I’m in the same boat. Thrusters work but the batteries aren’t charging from the onboard charger

Guys, just look at the prop walk on each drive. They're always supposed to cancel each other out except in opposite directions.

If you have Carbon monoxide detectors, they're wired directly to the batteries as well and will drain them too if not on shore power.

How old are the batteries? Check for load charge.

How do you know its the tank thats leaking? Check all the hoses and connections to it?
If its definitive and not something else, Drain and vent the tank and do a fiber optic visual inspection.
