Searching the internet, I can find little to no 24' tandem axle trailers for sale unless new.
Does anyone know where I can get a used...

I have surge brakes as well and no "pin". It sounds like air in the system may be an issue. Try bleeding the brakes after you check for rust and sticking.

I have the same issue and am about to try clear RTV sealant and adding additional screws or rivets (ss of course). Let me know if you get a better option.
