Thanks. I saw that one too, but mine is like the picture (which is hard to tell), where it has the shaft that goes through the dash, and also a "finger" that goes up above as another stabilize point...

It is greased. It actually feels like it's at the steering wheel. I'm hoping some adjustment under the dash might help, but I'll start with disconnecting at the motor to eliminate that first.
