The tube is copper with a sleeve covering it....

The tube is copper with a sleeve covering it. Engine S# 0L052606 I believe the p/n is 861213 found under the water pump and front cover category

Water getting into Carb

I have a 98 3000 SCR and getting water into the starboard carburetor when washing down the deck. Should there be a gasket on the air cleaner cover? does anyone else have this problem?
