I have a 95 Maxum 3200SCR and the blower motor on the A/C died, how hard is it to change the motor and can you just change the motor.

Base timing

Good afternoon all,
Does anyone know what the base timing is for a 1995 5.7 Merc it has the thunderbolt ignition, and is there a special process to set the timing.
