Cool we boat mostly on the Ottawa river near Pembroke area but always make at least 1 trip to Georgian Bay every year, it is an awesome place, the best fresh water boating I have ever seen.

My boat has the same thing because it has a grey water holding tank as well as black water. I thought this was a newer option on boats but it may be what you have.

Yes the water is supposed to be coming out, it cools the gen and the exhaust system, it also helps silence the exhaust noise.
