Good to know. I wasn't thinking it could only unprimed if out of the water. I'd rather eliminate a piece a plastic under the water line.

I did more research and believe the one way check...

I did more research and believe the one way check valve is to keep the pump primed.
Now just need to verify what type of hose. I can prob verify that at West Marine store if I don't get a reply....

While winterizing our maxum I noticed cracking in the raw water pump hose for the AC. obviously this is a concern and I want to replace all the hoses in the spring.

Small drain fitting

I’m looking for a small drain sitting similar to the photo. The drain size is only approx 5/16” and it drains a small cooler on our 2800SCR.

I had vinyl repair done and they painted the area to blend in the repair. That paint got dirty and wouldn’t come clean.
How has the SEM held up?

AC water pump too hot?

My water pump that feeds my 7,000 BTU ac seems hot.
Checked with IR gun and it’s 140 degrees is that normal?

Simple fix

My 2 batteries share a ground then go to engine block.
When I had time in good light the fix was simple.
Just corroded ground at the 2nd battery
Rough week at work and I hit the panic button...

One option would but to cut then heat/bend Lexan.. It's much better than plexiglass. I know you would rather have glass but it's a cheap option to get you by for the time being.
