VHF Radio recieving problems

I have a 2008 ray 49 VHF radio that will transmit perfectly but will not recieve. It will receive at a low rate if you turn the squelch knob to the noise zone but not if you have it adjusted...

All you need is a momontary up/down spring load to center toggle switch, power the center terminal and piggyback the other two out to your bow switches.

Check to see if they run it on one of the dash switches like accessery. Then I would run a fresh test positive and ground to rule out bad connections.
