95 3200 SCR - Running new antenna cable

Have a 95 3200 SCR where VHF antennas is mounted on STBD side on radar arch, the cable runs inside the arch.

Removing the access panel only shows so much where the cable goes.

Can't figure out...

I was able to insert mine by removing the table post plate in the deck, right above the tank. If you have the table post plate, then you should be able to get in into the tank.

Try Peel-Away Marine Paint stripper. Slop it on, let it work, then scrape off.
Put a large plastic tarp underneath to catch it all , then dispose.
