Are you happy with the boat.? The quality of the polyester is good etc?

Hello. I am about to buy a 4100 scb 1998. It has a pair 330 cummins diamond series. We went for a sea trial and we went with 15 kts crusing bur nor in plane and 20kts top speed.. is that normal?...
