Thanks all for the help. Turns out they were drain holes for the two ice box bins in the passenger side dashboard. Couldn't find any fittings that fit that diameter through hole so had to go a bit...

Hi, brand new owner of an '98 1900XR...I see my boat has two holes in the port side hull about a 1/4 way back from the bow. Anyone know what these are or whether they are even supposed to be there? ...
