First thanks for the ideas of what to check on the boat. After running all the diagonosis the problem was the ignition module was jumping time above 2000rpm. Put a new one on the boat runs better...

Lack of power
Last night went to the marina to go for an evening cruise. Crack the motor over and it sounded like the starter binder up and stopped turning over. Waited a minute then the motor started right up...

Winterizing
I have a mercruiser with alpha one outdrive. I know how to winterize everything except I have one question. Is there anything that needs to be done with the outdrive? Does it hold any water?

Wanted to buy cruisair portable hatch air unit.
I am in the market for a cruisair portable hatch air unit if any one has a used one for sale in good working order. I have a SC2300 and the 5,000 btu and up would work perfectly.

Cuddy temperature
