2001 2900SCR cabin heater

with the engine warmed up I an not getting any warm water to the cabin heater coils, Fan works fine, just no hot water to heat coils and cabin. any ideas? Is there a on off valve?

Got stuck on sand bar but was able to power off. Got sand in heat exchanger and over heated. Ran engine in neutral to blow it out. Seemed to work and got home. On the way home engine ran at 175...
