Default windless problem

Have a 1999 41' maxum sca, the windless sounds like it has no voltage. Checked the helm breaker and the breaker in the salon locker all ok.
Is ther another breaker in the engine room or anywhere else. Haven't used the windless in 3yrs. Can anyone help.

yes a big black box next to the battery switch, with a red push button and a lever switch.

also, there are little weather proof fuses in little canistered surround the battery switch, wiggle the covers off and check the 20amp car looking fuse inside.

I'm not clear where the 20 amp fuse is. Are you talking about the battery switches in the salon locker or the fuses up under the dash on the bridge.
