Default Warning horn

I was flushing my 2004 Maxum SSE 2200 today and the warning beeps started immediately. Been running fine since I bought in May with no beeps. Any advice on things I should check easily or is this something I should call the mechanic in to look at.

Thx
Mike

I would first check the gear lube reservoir level. Is this a carburetor or fuel injected engine?

I would still check the gear lube reservoir first.
