Default Trailer for 2000 2300sc

How bad would it be to use a roller trailer instead of a bunk with the step hull?
I have a roller trailer from an old boat I sold.
Or does anyone in the Detroit tri state area have a bunk trailer for sale?!

Could you retrofit the roller trailer with bunk boards?

Data point - I've got a 1999 2300 SC that lives on a roller trailer with no issues.

During the summer months we're on and off a lake at least once a week. Anywhere from our local lake, which is three miles from the house, all the way up to Superior, which is about 4 hours each way. Travels nice on our Shoreland'r roller trailer.

Is yours a step hull like mine?

Wow - I just learned something new today. I wasn't aware of a "step hull" boat prior to visiting the googles just now. So, no - my boat is not a step hull boat. My data point is now irrelevent.

Not sure I’ve seen any Maxum’s with a stepped hull just running strakes. Can you post a picture?

I have a 95 2400 SCR that I carry on a EZ loader roller trailer and it rides just fine.
For your info I have a 64 roller trailer
, I would not try using anything less.
