Phil, we overnight there all the time. Someone owns this, but it's kinda urban legend on finding out who. I cant believe with all the govt entities, that it stays. Kinda first come first serve. Everyone I talk to knows the owner?!?! It must have cost a grip of cash, and new top was just recently put on!!! Lots of people know where it is, but in the "off" season it's pretty easy to secure it for the night. Real secluded, very nice weekend spot!!

Another perfect weekend over on the island 34C and less than 10kts of wind, lots of swimming, sun tanning and of course the odd icey cold beverage.......not whilst boating around though
