Default Shore Power Transfer Switch

Recently purchased a 2400 SE with a westerbeke generator. In reading the generator manual it emphasizes setting the shore power transfer switch to shore power before connecting an AC cable to avoid damage to the generator.

Unfortunately, I'm not entirely sure where to find that switch. There is a switch just above the remote start button in the galley that looks like the switch illustrated in the manual, but there is no labeling. It is a three position switch, left, straight up and to the right. Any help here would be appreciated.

Also, there is a battery switch in the engine compartment that allows switching between the two batteries. There is also a smaller switch just above it that just has on or off choices. Any idea what that's for?

Default Pictures of switches in question:

OK, the two switches that I really don't understand are as follows. One switch, the black and silver one, is in the galley.

The switch with the red handle is in the engine compartment.

There is also a Guest battery switch, which I understand.

Anyone have any ideas what these other two are for?

Whoo,, you've got a custom set up. Might be worth paying a mechanic half an hour labor to figure it out and walk you through it.
