Default Sealand head 2004 Maxum 3100 SE model number

I have a 2004 Maxum 3100 SE that I just purchased. It seems to have a bad ball seal in the head as the water drains around the bowl and the pump continues to run never building up pressure. Unfortunately the previous owner cut the ground wire and taped it off rather than fixing what seems to be a simple problem or disclosing the problem to me. I am wondering if anyone knows what model head this vessel has? I cannot find that info on the head anywhere and I do not have an owners manual that includes the Sealand system in it. I am assuming it was on a sticker that was removed in the last 16 years. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
