Default Remove blue stain from fiberglass

I have the Marina winterize my boat, as they have for the last 3 years. This spring find a blue stain from the gas expansion port on the fiberglass, see photos. The stain is blue in color. Asked the Marina if they use gas stabilizer, they said yes but it would be clear. Any ideas what product I can use to remove the stain. Tried Davis FSR so far with no luck.

Try 3M finesse it II. This is a mild cutting agent.

Thanks will try 3M finesse it II. Not sure why the stain would be blue versus orange if it's the fuel expansion vent.

It looks like fuel expansion from over-filled tanks. Fill the tanks in the fall when it's cool, then in the spring when it warms up and fuel expands, this sometimes occurs. I try to never fill my tanks more than 90%.

Try "The Works" toilet bowl stuff from Wal Mart before cutting with compound ... I've removed several stains of unknown origin from white gel with it.

Barkeepers helper and cleaning vinegar. Get a rag and sprinkle the barkeepers helper on it then spray the vinegar on it to make a paste then rub your area. Wash off with water and wax..
