Default Question about Maxum 1800 SR3

I own an SR3 and have noticed some sort of bracket beneath the front bow seat cusion and do not know what it is for.

It is in the shape of a 'U' and coloured white, about 12cm high and fastened in the storage compartment beneath the very forward cusion. On the other side of the compartment there is a plastic type 4cm clip.

They look like they were fitted by the factory but I have no idea what they are for. Anybody know??

Yes Thats it. I still have no idea what they are for. Is it my anchor? It doesn't appear to fit in if it is.

Its an anchor holder but same as you I've never had an anchor that fits it....

I suppose Maxum sell one that fits but mine fits just fine in the side lockers just behind the bow locker.
