Default Puget Sound - Port of Kingston

During the rendezvous a few weeks back, Seapuppy had mentioned they enjoyed the Marina near the Kingston Ferry Terminal, so we tried it out last weekend. We just picked up a new digital camera and it seemed like a fair place to learn how to use it.

The Edmonds/Kingston ferry on approach.

...and a handful of sunset pictures - we're getting quite a bit of smoke drifting down out of Canada from some huge forest fires. Makes for some interesting colors.

Yeah we did see Rich and Darby for a bit... managed to catch Rich and Jack out for a little marina cruise...

We caught a little bit of a guy playing a Dobro guitar in the morning during the farmers market. Cool style.

We also checked out the little electric car you and Marsha told us about. Very cool, but we ended up walking everywhere to burn off some of that great food and dark beer.

Thanks for the kind words all, and no worries Rich - 'twas fun just to bump into you and the family. I just hope you were able to finally convince Jack to get back onto the boat Sunday morning.
