Default Plumbing work on 2000 SCR 3000

I'm moving my SCR 3000 to a lake that requires all gray water to be stored in the holding tank. Looking for feedback to size up this project as to weather or not to try this myself or have it done. Has anyone converted a 3000 or like Maxum before?
Thank You,

not me...I imagine it's going to be a tough job to increase the size of the tank and run some pipes to the new tankage.....personally I think I'd let the pro's do it...
