Default Passenger Seat became separated

Happy Boating Season all. This is Piermont Maxum up in the Hudson valley New York looking forward to another great year. I have a seat question that I need help on. I have a 2000 2700 scr and the passenger seat (log vertical seat perpendicular across from captain seat) has completely become unattached to the fiberglass it was affixed to. It looks like the previous owner did some caulking and sealing previously and the glue just gave up. Does anyone have suggestions for how to1) seal the fiberglass area above the aft cabin / below the seat 2) properly affix the seat to the fiberglass area again? Thanks again!

Since the loung seat is now unattached can you tell how it was origionally attached? Screws from below? Not sure what needs sealing unless there were screws.

This seat is above the mid-beth, have you looked from there for screw heads?

Can you post some pictures of what it looks like?
